SP//dr's internal clock has been recalibrated; even a genius pilot can't hack her way out of a proper cooldown!

    • Reduce Cyber-Web Cluster firing interval from 0.3s to 0.25s. Remove the self-slow effect when firing Cyber-Web Clusters.
    • When selecting the Team-Up with Black Panther, reduce Vibranium Mech cooldown from 20s to 15s. Enhanced Effect: Reduce Cyber-Web Cluster firing interval from 0.2s to 0.18s.

    • Adjust Cyber-Web Snare to be a charge-based ability, with a maximum of 2 charges.
    • Reduce Bonus Health cap provided to Peni by Cyber-Webs from 200 to 150.
